Important: Changing your purchase(s) or getting your money back is only possible when the art is/are not damaged. You can come to the store, or send it back by mail. Again, the extra shipping costs are for your account and will be charged. We will check if the art is damage free. When everything is okay we will take the piece(s) back and you can change it or get the money back.
If your purchase is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately! Take pictures of the package while you unwrap it. This way it is easier for you to prove the damage happened during the shipment. If you can prove the damage happened during the shipment, Dutch Accent will take full responsibility.
